We offer services for any brand of sewing machine regardless how old or where you purchased from. Warranty service is offered for many brands as well. A factory trained technician will perform all services and repairs within common manufacturers guidelines and current service bulletin updates.
When you bring your machine in for service it will need to be complete as required when sewing including power cord/foot control, standard presser foot, buttonhole foot, bobbin case with bobbin. A sample of current thread you are using is often helpful as well. Trouble shooting issues are often made easier when we can replicate your sewing as closely as possible in the service department environment.
