If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the product (according to UPS or Fed-Ex delivery records). Simply call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (Note: No RMA will be issued without original packing.), and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. We cannot accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number, so be sure to call us first. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual original shipping fees deducted from the refund. Extended Warranties are also non-refundable, and items with free Extended Warranties will be refunded less the retail price of the Extended Warranty that was provided. Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear there is no restocking fee.

Alaska and Hawaii residents pay actual shipping charges.
We ship UPS, FedEx Ground, Freight Line and USPS. The carrier will depend upon the product being shipped although most items we sell ship UPS and FexEx. We use certain shipping companies for certain products based upon quickest delivery, type of item being shipped, cost and other factors. We do not ship other carriers. Are your products new?
Most of the items we sell are Brand New but we also offer Factory Serviced items as well as Refurbished items when available for additional savings. The listing will indicate if the item is Brand New, Factory Serviced or Refurbished.
Do your products include the manufacturers warranty?
Yes, all our products includes the full manufacturers warranty.
What are Factory Serviced products?
Factory serviced products are items that have been returned to the manufacturer for a variety of reasons such as returns to the retail store of original purchase unused, items with a cosmetic blemish, demonstration units, items with slight defects and often even new items that manufacturers are overstocked on and labeled factory serviced in order to help manufacturers clear excess inventory from their warehouses. Factory Serviced items carry a Factory Warranty.
What are Refurbished Products?
Refurbished products are returns that manufacturers sell to independent companies or individuals not associated with the manufacturer for servicing, repair and resell. Warranties on these items are provided by the Refurbisher or Individual that has reconditioned the product and Not the original manufacturer. Refurbished items are still an excellent value in most cases for the person seeking the cheapest price possible.
Will a local dealer service a machine purchased from Us?
Dealers are not under any contractual obligation to provide free service. We will service and ship back to the customer any home machines we sell within the contiguous United States needing warranty service within the first 30 days at our cost. After 30 Days we still honor all warranties on products we sell but the customer is responsibe for shipping.
Will my puchase include instructional materials?
All products we sell include instructional manuals and some even include instructional videos. If you find that the instruction book is not adequate for your needs, inquire about availability of optional instructional videos if not already included. Many times questions can be easily answered by contacting us through ebay.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you received your order and it is damaged, contact us immediately. If your order is to be delivered by a freight company, please inspect contents and note any damage on bill of lading before signing. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don't sign the delivery ticket. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim.
