    Nothing but purple!

I love purple needles for my Janome 15000. I don't use anything else and I have no problems w either sewing or embroidery.

    Wonderful needles -- GREAT service!

A package of these needles came with my new Janome but I didn't use them for over a year because I already had really good sewing machine needles that I use with my older Vikings. Recently, I tried one of the Janome Blue Tip Needles to hem a pair of blue jeans because my "really good" needles weren't doing a good job at all. The blue tips were the answer to getting through the side seams where it's necessary to sew through 5-6 layers of denim. I was amazed that I didn't break the #11 needle even though I was sewing slower and more carefully over the seams. I'm not saying you should try this at home on a regular basis -- Janome also has denim (or jeans) needles which are a heavier gauge. I'm just saying these blue tips sew like you are sewing "through butter." (sorry, I can't think of a better analogy)

I've purchased other items from Ken's before and have always received great service.
