If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the product (according to UPS or Fed-Ex delivery records). Simply call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (Note: No RMA will be issued without original packing.), and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. We cannot accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number, so be sure to call us first. Could not understand the directions. It looks like this is the second one I have purchased. Still can't figure out how to use it.

GREAT!!!!!!! If you have trouble with your eyes this is great, My mom was going to buy a new machine with a threader - I think this is almost easier to use than the one on my Phaff!!!!!

My husband and I finally figured out how to use this and now I don't see how I ever did without it. My eyesight is not that good and this is really helpful. I don't have to strain my eyes now to thread my machine. It will work on other machines than the Janome as well. I have a Kenmore.

I am 68 years old and have difficulty threading needles & sewing machines. This product is fantastic. I put the thread across the end of the needle threader, run it down the front of the machine needle, and a metal piece pushes the thread through the eye of the needle.
