Reasons for return can vary, but a prime example is when a customer simply wants to move up to a more advanced model. All customer returns we sell are as new, in perfect working condition, with all accessories included and full warranty still in effect. As one of the largest independently owned sewing machine dealers in America, selling thousands of sewing machines and sergers every year, we do have a very good selection of open box sewing machines.
