RETURN POLICY
30 DAY GUARANTEE*
If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs you can return it within 30 days from receipt of the product (according to UPS or Fed-Ex delivery records). Simply call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number (Note: No RMA will be issued without original packing.), and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. We cannot accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization number, so be sure to call us first. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have actual original shipping fees deducted from the refund. Extended Warranties are also non-refundable, and items with free Extended Warranties will be refunded less the retail price of the Extended Warranty that was provided. Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear there is no restocking fee.

- Any item without original packing
- Quilter's Cruise Control products
- Grace frames, hoops and frame related products including Sure Stitch & Speed Controls
- Software, computer hardware, & embroidery design cards unless unopened. Opened but not installed are still Not returnable
- Sewing cabinets, cutting tables, sewing chairs, cabinet inserts, and quilting table extensions
- Industrial sewing machines, industrial sergers, industrial irons, industrial cutting equipment, industrial tables, industrial stands, & industrial motors
- Extended warranties
- Any special-order items
Note: Unless otherwise noted, sewing machines and vacuums are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use of a home sewing machine or vacuum constitutes abuse of the product and will void all warranties, including the 30-Day Return Policy. PAYMENT DETAILS
