LIMITED 25-YEAR WARRANTY
..on SEWING MACHINE HEAD
The sewing machine head and any of its parts other than those covered by either of the separate warranties below or those subject to normal wear and tear are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 25 years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect appears in the sewing machine head or in its parts other than those parts covered below or those subject to normal wear and tear within 25 years of purchase, we will provide free replacement parts, but at your cost for labor. However, during the first 90 days from date of purchase, we will repair any manufacturing defect in your sewing machine without charge to you for parts or labor.

LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY
..on MOTORS, LIGHT ASSEMBLY, WIRING, SWITCHES, SPEED CONTROL AND ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
The electric parts of the sewing machine are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of five (5) years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect appears in these parts within five years of purchase, we will provide free replacement parts, but at your cost for labor. However, during the first 90 days from date of purchase, we will repair any manufacturing defect in your sewing machine without charge to you for parts or labor.

LIMITED 1-YEAR WARRANTY
..on ADJUSTMENTS, BELTS, RINGS, BULBS, ATTACHMENTS
Within one (1) year of purchase, we will provide required adjustments, and replace defective belts, light bulbs, or attachments at no charge. We will repair any manufacturing defect, which appears in your sewing machine within 30 days from date of purchase without charge to you for parts or labor.

I've recently taken up quilting and wanted a new sewing machine. After doing much research this machine is the one that seemed would fulfill my needs and was reasonably priced. It's a great machine. I am very happy with my purchase!

My Singer arrived in 7 days and that's with the Labor Day weekend too! I wasn't happy to see that the package bottom was open and it looked like the machine might have fallen out, but so far it's running okay, except for a slight "hot" smell. Not happy with the auto threader - only works once in awhile and not worth the effort. Also wish Singer had kept the pressure foot release in the back instead of on the side. (too much quilt can get hung up on it) But on the whole is sews beautifully and I'm looking forward to trying some of the decorative stitches.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I received my machine. I had it out of the box and running in 5 minutes -- I ran it non stop for 2 whole days. It met and exceeded my expectations. I have done some quilt piece work and some decorative quilting through several layers of material -- it didn't miss a stitch. My old Genie Singer is off to the shop for a tune-up -- I have had it since 1977 and it still runs like a charm. I am so glad I stuck with the Singer brand!

Easy to thread.

User friendly instructions manual.

Sturdy, but lightweight.

Very easy to switch stitches and bounce from project to project.
