After purchasing my serger, I quickly realized that I needed to have an extended bed on the serger to avoid inadvertently stretching fabric as it’s being serged. This is particularly true for large, heavy or bulky pieces. My Sew Steady extension table arrived before the date I expected and was securely packaged with easy to understand instructions. It fits beautifully onto my serger and is easy to install or remove. These tables are custom made for the particular model and brand of serger. The edges are smooth to avoid snagging fabric and have a ruled gauge embedded on the top front edge. The mounting legs are individually adjustable. For me, this was a necessity because my serger sits on a sound and vibration dampening mat and I can adjust the support legs that sit on the mat to accommodate the shorter height. The clear acrylic table allows you to easily access control knobs under the table. I love this extension table and I wish I had known about them before I purchased a manufacturer’s version for my sewing machine. I’m very pleased with this product.

My sew steady arrived today, for my old model serger. It fit perfect. It works wonderful. These tables are a must.

I have five Sew Steady extension tables and they are the best. The added space allows for my quilts to lay flat for free motion quilting better than the one that comes with the machines. Just got this one from my Singer serger and fits like a glove! Love them !

I love the tables, but the feet sent on both of my tables were too long. I had to request shorter one.

Extremely satisfied. I do a lot of backdrops for plays. The extension table has made made it very easy to maneuver fabric. I would highly recommend this product
