The Extra Large Embroidery Hoop SA441 has a maximum embroidery area of 10.5" X 6.25". This is the hoop to use for those larger designs. This Hoop can be used with the NV4000D and the Ellegante BLG, however we recommend that you update this model to version 2.02 or later. This update insures that you will not embroider outside the embroidery area of this hoop.

Wrong item shipped

We were satisfied with Sew & Vac selection and price of products offered; however, the wrong item was shipped as we ordered a SA441 embroidery hoop and Sew & Vac sent a SA440 embroidery hoop, which delayed our getting the correct hoop, and three phone calls to get it corrected. Sew & Vac Customer Service persons were very helpful in correcting their error, and paid for returning the incorrect hoop.

We will most likely use this service again, as these things do happen.
