| White makes reliable product. My white is the same series as this. It runs reliably. I was able to clean it myself with caution. The instruction book and video leave a bit to be desired but are useful. If you love sewing you will love this machine. The customer service from the White company was very prompt, friendly, and fast. Quesions were minor. I had a missing accessory and a latch on the door. They took care of it quickly. Plus they do make other upscale name brand machines. | |||
