| this is buy far the cheapest felting machine there is,, (price wise) it works great the only thing I have negitive to say about this machine is that the needles cannot be replaced one at a time,, however for the price,, it is still a great machine | |||

I bought this from Sewvacdirect last February for $199 and at that time it was the best price I could find anywhere - my local dealer wouldn't even consider matching that price. I found the customer service very good and would buy from this company again. There is a needle holder for the Janome that you can buy with removable needles - the main complaint about this machine is that you have to replace the entire needle unit, and can't just replace one needle and this new unit solves that problem. I don't know why the price went up on the site - possibly because local dealers complained to the Janome company. In my case, the local dealer was significantly less helpful and unwilling to work with me than the folks at sewvacdirect. Because of that, I would probably have bought from this site over the local dealer anyway, even if the price had been the same - and it now seems to be. It depends upon your local dealer and how helpful you think they are. I've found this to be a good machine and it does what I want it to do. I like the separate single needle holder - it's very convenient. I would give it a full 5 stars if it included the new needle holder - otherwise I strongly recommend it and this company. |

| I spent quite a while looking at needle felting machines before I finally decided on this one. I received it a few days ago and am very happy I did. It is fun to use, easy to understand, and came in perfect condition just as described. Shipping was quick, free, and the price of the machine can't be beat anywhere. Great service from a company I can trust. | |||
