| I bought a Gem when this model first came out. I have used it regularly for the past 5 years, and it is a totally reliable workhorse (workpony?). The stitch quality is beautiful and it handles all weights of fabrics that I have tried, up to heavy denims. It makes very neat and even butonholes too. Don't let the small size fool you - this machine is tough! | |||

| I love this machine. I have had it for at least 4 years. It travels well, sews well and is the lightest and best quality machine available for the the low price. I'd buy it again. | |||
