      I have had my Janome 350E for several years. It is the most user friendly embroidery machine I 've ever owned. After learning to embroider with this machine I had to buy the MC11000 Special Edition. Now I bounce back and forth between the both. I would say the 350E is almost maintenance free. Just keep it clean and a drop of oil every once in a long while and it purrs like a kitten.
