The Handi-Stippler is used with your foot pedal and acts as an adjustable high-speed control. You simply plug your foot pedal into the Handi-Stippler and plug the other end to your sewing machine. Turn the dial to set maximum speed for your machine, then using the foot pedal you are able to stipple with a consistent speed, and still allowing to slow down for critical areas.
