My "family sew" dressmaker form exceeded my expectations. It was easy to assemble. The stand is sturdy and the form simple to adjust. I'm looking forward to many sewing projects with my new dress form.

This dress form is good for a beginner. The only thing I noticed is that you can't adjust the hips all the way out to 42 inches and leave the bust at 36 (my measurements) you must adjust each gradually, and they have to be close to each other. It does work well for pinning and draping, and for anyone not oddly portioned it should work fine. You get what you pay for here! Shipping was very prompt through.

Found the dress form to be easy to assemble and easy to adjust to the accurate size. I like that you can stick pins in to the body to help hold your materials in place while working on them. The only negative comment I have is that the unit is not very sturdy....it wobbles easily. I think there could be some improvement made in the connections of the unit to make it fit together more firmly. I had to use a couple of clamps to hold the base firm and the hem marker arm in place. For light use home sewing the unit seems to be a good value for the price.
