- Sunday - We are always closed on Sunday to allow our dedicated staff a day of rest with friends, family or to worship at their church of choice.
- We will be closed for the Christmas holiday from Monday December 24rd through Tuesday December 25th. We will reopen Wednesday December 26th with our regular hours of 9-6 CST.
- We will be closed for the New Years holiday from Monday December 31sh through January 1st. We will reopen Wednesday January 2nd with our regular hours of 9-6 CST .
- Orders placed by Thursday December 20th, 2007 using the 2nd Day option are guaranteed to arrive on or before Monday December 24th, 2007.
- Orders placed on Friday December 21st, 2007 using the Next Day option are guaranteed to arrive Monday December 24th, 2007.

If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs, returns and exchanges are accepted through Jan 31st, 2008 on returnable items*. Simply call for a Return Authorization (RA) number (Note: No RA will be issued without original packing.), and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number, so be sure to call us first. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. There is a 5% processing fee on all returns, unless defective. Extended Warranties are also non-refundable, and items with free Extended Warranties will be refunded less the retail price of the Extended Warranty that was provided. Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear there is no restocking fee.
