Product Description

The Brother SA169 Even Feed / Walking Foot is a moving feed system that holds and moves fabric between the presser foot's upper feed dog and the machines's lower feed dogs to better control difficult fabrics as well as multiple layers of fabric. The Brother SA169 Even Feed / Walking Foot is great for quilting, sewing when matching prints or plaids or fabric drift is an issue. Brother offers several Walking feet which differ in the size of the feed dog, shank height etc. Please check your manual or the machine listings on this web site to find the correct walking foot to fit your machine. Walking Feet are not for use in reverse or side to side sewing as well as some built in stitches that include other than forward movement of the feed dogs.

      I gave this walking foot 5 stars because the shipping was like lightening! Also because the price was affordable. Unfortunately, I need a screw for this to fit my Brother VX-1435; which I was unaware I would need in order for it to fit properly. The walking foot didn't come with the screw. The lever is supposed to fit around the needle screw, but the lever does not allow for this, as the after screwing on the lever, the needle falls out. My machine was on the list for this walking foot, so I am certain it isn't a seller problem but a manufacturer issue of not including a screw for this. Nonetheless... thanks Sew Vac! You get 5 starts for your shipping and service!
