Care & Maintenance: For best results, always keep your GO! cutter clean and lint free. To clean the cutter inside and out, use a soft dry cloth. Avoid abrasives, solvents and spray cleaners. If necessary, wipe with a damp cloth, then polish with a dry cloth. Use canned air to clear lint from roller area. The GO! fabric cutter does not have replacement parts.

Limited One-Year Warranty: We promise your personal AccuQuilt Go! cutter will be free from defects in material or workmanship when used as directed. If you experience a manufacturing defect within one year after purchase, AccuQuilt will repair or replace the cutter at no charge. Improper use, excessive wear and tear caused by commercial use and/or damage caused by the user will void the warranty. This warranty covers only the cutting unit--not mats or dies. To receive a replacement unit, return the cutter to the place you purchased it.

product was advertised to come with a 41/1 and 21/2 square. neither came with the product as advertised on this web site. very dissapointing. I will contact the manufacturer to see is this is an error or if the web site is incorrect.

Order processing and shipping were prompt as usual for Sew Vac Direct. The fabric cutter works great. However the die that I received was not the one as described in the item description. Per the description, it was supposed to include the Fabric Cutting Die (55018) featuring three shapes: Square-4 1/2"; Square-2 1/2"; Half Square-2" Finished Triangle (cuts four shapes)
The item that I received came with Triangle 4-7/8 inch; Quilt Block D. This was also on the picture on the box. So I don't think it was a mistake. But the item description for this is incorrect on this website.

I was glad I had watched the guy on the YouTube using the AccuQuilt Go! before I tried to use it. He had marked where the blades were with a silver Sharpie so that he could easily see where the blades were and how to align the grain of the fabric. This also forewarned me to not touch the razor-like blades with my fingers. First I tried the dies that came with the AccuQuilt Go! on scraps. It cuts very precisely. I haven't sewn up any of the cutouts yet, but, my sister tells me "the accurate cutting makes sewing a pleasure." I was so pleased with the free shipping and the emailed discount that I ordered the 1 1/2" and 2 1/2" strip cutters and was then emailed a greater discount for my next purchase.
I've been taking advantage of the good weather in preparing my gardens for the summer. Now that I've finished outside, I plan to order the 3 1/2" strip cutter and the 5" square cutter. I feel that having all these common size cutters will help me get my fabric stash cut into readily usable sizes for the charm and jelly roll patterns.
