• Orders placed by Monday December 19th by 3PM using the 3 Day Select option are guaranteed to arrive on or before Thursday December 24th.
• Orders placed by Tuesday December 22th by 3PM using the 2nd Day Air option are guaranteed to arrive on or before Thursday December 24th.
• Orders placed on Wednesday December 23st by 3PM using the Next Day Air option are guaranteed to arrive Thursday December 24th.

Returns Policy

If for some reason your purchase does not fulfill your needs, returns and exchanges are accepted through Jan 31st, 2010 on returnable items*. Simply call for a Return Authorization (RA) number (Note: No RA will be issued without original packing.), and we will give you proper instruction on returning your purchase. We cannot accept returns without a Return Authorization number, so be sure to call us first. Shipping is non-refundable, and items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund. Extended Warranties are also non-refundable, and items with free Extended Warranties will be refunded less the retail price of the Extended Warranty that was provided. Providing your purchase is repacked according to factory standards and without excess wear there is no restocking fee.

*This applies to all items on this website except the following non-returnable products:

• Any item without original packing
• Opened software
• All sewing cabinets, cutting tables, sewing chairs, cabinet inserts, and quilting table extensions
• All industrial sewing machines, industrial sergers, industrial irons, industrial cutting equipment, industrial tables, industrial stands, and industrial motors
• Extended warranties

Note: Unless otherwise noted, sewing machines and vacuums are not intended for commercial use. Any commercial use of a home sewing machine or vacuum constitutes abuse of the product and will void all warranties, including the 30-Day Return Policy.
